I am in a position and have the authority to act as a training coordinator for my company and to do group registrations. I have the authority to track the progress and results of learners registered by me and I am doing so with such learners' knowledge and consent. I am furthermore in a position to make purchasing decisions (with regards to training) for my company and to authorise payment for registrations done by me.
